Staying healthy doesn’t require getting a trainer or starting a program, there are simple habits that you can pick up to keep yourself physically and mentally healthy.
1.      Eat Breakfast
Research shows people who eat breakfast tend to take in more vitamins and minerals, and less fat and cholesterol.
2.      Get Enough Sleep
The National Sleep Foundation has discovered that people who don’t sleep enough have a higher chance of developing psychiatric problems. Make sure to get seven to 10 hours of sleep a night.
3.      Take Care of Dental Hygiene
Research shows flossing your teeth could add 6.4 years to your life. Bacteria that produce dental plaque can enter the bloodstream and cause diseases. Flossing and brushing properly can do more than just give you a great smile.
4.      Drink Water and Eat Dairy
Water is an integral part of your body’s health, but it can also help keep body fat off. Dairy products keep bones healthy and strong, and also help prevent diseases such as high blood pressure and kidney stones.
5.      Protect Your Skin
Wear sunscreen with SPF 15 or higher to prevent skin damage and the chances of skin cancer.
